HelloDrafts (“we”, “us”) is built to keep your writing private. This policy explains what information the app handles and why. By using HelloDrafts, you agree to this policy.
Drafts, templates, tags, reminders and settings you create are stored locally on your device. We do not host, sync, or have access to the contents of your notes. There is no account to create and no sign-in.
To understand how the app is used and to improve it, HelloDrafts uses Google Firebase Analytics. This collects anonymous, aggregated usage data such as app opens, feature usage events (for example, when a draft is created), device model, operating system version, and general region. It does not include the content of your notes.
Firebase Analytics is provided by Google. Their handling of this data is governed by Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Optional in-app purchases (such as HelloDrafts Pro) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details — those are handled entirely by the respective store under its own privacy policy.
If you set a reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. Reminder content is not sent to us or any third party.
HelloDrafts is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
