These Terms govern your use of the HelloDrafts mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store’s terms.

You own the notes and content you create in the App. Because your content is stored on your device, you are responsible for backing it up. We are not liable for any loss of content resulting from device failure, deletion, or uninstalling the App.
The App may offer optional paid features (such as HelloDrafts Pro). Purchases are processed and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the store you purchased through.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
